1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Prize” is defined as one (1) of the below: 

1. One (1) full year of Cricket Wireless service on the $60 plan via refill cards. 
2. One (1) vacation with choice of:

5. One of ten digital streaming apps. The apps are:
   1. Qello Concerts by Stingray – one (1) month free
   2. Stingray Karaoke – one (1) month premium trial
   3. Readly – three (3) month free access
   4. Upskillist – two (2) month free trial
   5. The Mindfulness App – three (3) month premium free trial
   6. Virtual Escaping – one (1) free game from a choice of three (3) virtual escape challenges
   7. Doctegrity – one (1) month of free access
   8. Critiq – twenty percent (20%) off any coaching session for a first-time customer
   9. GoGamers - six (6) months of GoGamers premium membership
   10. LingoKids – one (1) week free + thirty percent (30%) discount afterwards

2. This promotion will begin on March 11, 2024, at 12:00:00 AM and will end on April 4, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM ET. 

3. The exact prize a person can receive is allocated at random. Chances of winning a particular prize is dependent on the number of entries. 

1. Winners of the vacation prize must enter their prize code on odenzareg.com by 8/31/24.  They may book their vacation within two years of receiving their voucher. 
2. Winners of the travel credits must enter their prize code on en-us.travelcredits.com to redeem their travel credits by 8/31/24.  They must choose and book a hotel by 12/31/24.
3. Winners of the Live Event Credits must enter their prize code and redeem their live event at redeem4.thetixfix.com by 8/31/24.  Live event must occur before 12/31/24.
4. Winners of the digital streaming & apps must follow the redemption steps and redeem their trial by 8/31/24.
5. Winners of the Full Year of Cricket Service ($60 per month) must accept their prize by replying to their redemption email and following the instructions by 8/31/24. 

4. Prize can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet, or desktop.

5. Limit of one (1) Prize per winner, per email address.

6. Prizes may require a credit card payment to redeem and/or auto-renew after the trial period. Prize may be auto renewed at the end of the free trial at the chosen subscription plan.

7. Customer will be responsible for any payments above the value of the prize.

8. Full value of the prize may not be able to be applied in one transaction. 

9. Prizes redeemed on a mobile app are subject to Apple, Android, or Google Play terms and conditions.

10. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts and cannot be used towards gift card purchases.

11. Prizes have no cash value.

12. For the purpose of this Prize, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, the Administrator, and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.

13. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable. Prizes Codes and will not issue or replace Prizes in any of these events.

14. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Prizes will be provided.

15. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace a Prize with another of equal or higher value.

16. The Administrator is located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY. 10013, or at such other address as the Administrator may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Administrator unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.

17. No exchange of a Prize is permitted under any circumstance.

18. Administrator reserves the right to change or modify the Prize Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Prize.

2. By purchasing, redeeming, or using this card, you agree to Cricket Terms and Conditions of Service at cricketwireless.com/terms – including your agreement to dispute resolution by binding individual arbitration instead of jury trials or class actions. 
3. Treat card like cash; no replacement if lost or stolen. 
4. Not reloadable; no cash redemption except as required by law. 
5. Funds do not expire; if Valid Thru date has passed, call customer service for a new card.

b. Grand Prize Vacation for 2 fulfilled by Odenza

1. User will be responsible for fees and taxes.
2. Dates are subject to availability.

c. Travel Credits Powered by Expedia

1. Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts and cannot be used towards gift card purchases.
2. Full Value of the Travel Credits may not be able to be applied in one transaction. Dependent on location, hotel, length of stay, and inventory. 
3. If the full value of the Travel Credits is not used in one transaction, Customer can continue to use the remaining balance of the Travel Credits until it is depleted.

4. Limitations: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits. It is valid only for purchases made on the Critiq marketplace and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

n. TheTixFix

1. $50 in Live Event credit from TheTixFix.
2. The TixFix has its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Prize that are required to utilize this Prize and are required for and binding upon Prize redemption. 
3. Prize codes cannot be stacked. 
4. Prize codes provided must be used in one transaction to purchase a minimum of two tickets on either of the sites.
5. The use of the TixFix website and the content is used at the Customer's own risk.
6. Customer must redeem their Prize no later than 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2024. Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Prize are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer. A valid credit card or PayPal account is required to pay the difference remaining once the credit amount has been deducted from the cost of the ticket(s). 
7. The Prize may only be applied to those tickets sold by The TixFix from the start of the promotional period until 8/31/2024.
8. Prize cannot be applied to any purchases outside of the promotional period or not in the TixFix then current inventory. The Released Parties do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific event tickets in The TixFix inventory at the time of Prize redemption.
9. The Released Parties will not be liable for any personal loss, injury, or any disagreements concerning quality of services or products from TheTixFix and will not accept any liability for personal loss or injury. Any Dispute must be settled directly with TheTixFix.
10. Each Stadium, venue, etc... may have its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Prize, which will be binding upon choice of event. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.
11. This Prize is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
12. By participating in this promotion, you understand that Prize tickets purchased through TheTixFix include their own Terms and Conditions that must be accepted prior to purchasing. The Terms and Conditions include, but are not limited to, COVID-19 related event cancellations and postponement. To assure fans’ safety during these uncertain times, all tickets are subject to restrictions and requirements put in place by venues, teams, or government authorities as it pertains to proof of COVID-19 vaccination, proof of negative COVID-19 test, social distancing, wearing personal protective gear, age restrictions, or similar measures. If you cannot attend the event due to your failure or inability to comply with such requirements, you will not receive a refund. If the event is held without fans or reasonably similar seats are not available, you will receive a refund as if the event was cancelled.
13. Failure to appear at the venue/stadium at the posted time of the event may result in the event being closed to admittance. Under these circumstances, the Prize shall be considered redeemed, and the ticket may be voided for use. Further, specific venues may have to reschedule certain events and may do so in their sole discretion. In the event of such instance the Released Parties shall not be responsible for any ticket refunds or future use. All issues related to cancellation or rescheduling of any event are the sole responsibility of the specific venue. In all instances the Customer shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees required for entry.
